Bush on African Aid

George Bush has issued a challenge to the EU to drop it's farm subsidies which the US will then match. Free trade where the African farmers would have access to Western markets would do more that throwing money at Africa like Bob Geldof wants.

I wonder what the French darling of the anti-globalization movement would say to this?
